SHIPPING

All orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day, in most cases. Please allow an additional 24 hours processing time on all orders that have specified to be "keyed-alike". Standard Flat Rate ($15.00) shipping option may be USPS or UPS (determined by shipper) and will carry a 2-6 day delivery time.

Gushill promises to ship orders in the shipping manner chosen by the customer. Please be aware that ship times shown at check-out are estimated by UPS and/or USPS, not Gushill and are not guaranteed. GusHill Industries does not guarantee delivery time - only shipping method chosen. Any discrepancies due to delivery time will need to be remedied with the specified carrier. Gushill does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer will not be responsible for any return shipping fees if we recommended a lock from pictures customer provided through our support email.

A Return Authorization must be requested via email from support@gushill.com prior to the return of any items. Any items shipped to us with no Return Authorization will be lost and marked return to sender. Any refunds that are issued will not include refund of original shipping charges.

Exchanges or Refunds may be made within 30 days of purchase for any reason. If product is not returned in like new/unused condition your return may be declined. For any returns that have light damage a $15 refinishing fee will be charged. If the product can not be refinished or refurbished your return will be declined and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for returning items to Gushill at their own expense.

Please pack any returns just as you received them to insure there is no damage on return shipping. We do not mind helping any of our customers with exchanges but we can not be responsible for and shipping damages or poorly packaged returns. Our products are heavy, if they are not repackaged correctly they will be damaged when returned. Please email us with any questions at support@gushill.com for packaging instructions.
